Rabbi Yitzchok Kahn
Rabbi Yitzchok Kahn is the S'gan Menahel of the Academy's Junior High School division. He was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan and is the son of veteran mechanchim, Rabbi Dovid and Mrs. Sara Menucha Kahn. Rabbi Kahn is an alumnus of the Talmudical Yeshiva of Philadelphia, and he remains in close contact with Rabbi Shmuel Kaminetsky Shlit”a. He holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership, and he has completed many courses in both Kodesh and secular educational methodologies. Rabbi Kahn has been very active in implementing Project Based Learning and was a dynamic presenter on this topic at the National Convention of Torah Umesorah. He comes to the Hebrew Academy after being the Middle School Boys Director and beloved eighth grade Rebbi at the Cincinnati Hebrew Day School. Rabbi Kahn’s mission is to focus on each child and inspire him to greatness.
